2nd update patch ‧₊˚♡ ‧₊˚

Hi there, you thaugh you could escape this update patch?

I've decided to enroll this game into another game jam, as a way to motivate myselft to keep working on it. Since this started as a game jam submission, I thaugh it's only fitted to try to enroll into another one. So I've decided to participate in the Amare Game Festival 2025!!!

For this update I've collected feedback from friends and professors and decided to improve on two major areas: the feel and the worldbuilding. The latter one is directly tied with the lack of reason some of the choises seem suffer from. The element of magic is not as present as I thaught it was, so for this reason I've decided to add more elements to the characters (more specifically their backstory), and their world, so all the quirky choises and events make sense. This also helps the pacing of the story, it's a bit slower so the reveal at the end of each path is more satisfying.

Another update (that is still ongoing) is the fact that I've added more illustrations. The more the marrier!  I'll try to keep' em coming. I still have loads of the story to illustrate 😔😔😔. In the update you can see my favourite illustration (the perfect date location).

Overall, I still have loads to improve, but I think this is a good start. Asking (more like begging) for feedback is an excellent way to improve your game, and it helped learn a lot about writing as well.
